This Gran Reserva is made from a selection of grapes grown in the best terroirs.Only great vintages are marketed. We combine manual harvest with manual selection of the bunches andmechanical selection of the berries in our state-of-the-art sorting table. Thisprocess warrants the care and extraction of the best grapes and maximumquality of the wine. The wine has been aged for a minimum of 24 months in American and Frenchoak casks and for a further 36 months in bottle. This hallmark ageing processresults in aromas of outstanding complexity and a smooth velvety structure.
