How to Apply	• Shake well before use. When opening, remove excess product from the tip on the side of the bottle. • To determine where the eyeline should end, place the Graphic Liner at the side of your nose and align it past the outer corner of the eye. • Apply the eyeliner starting at the center of the eye towards the outer corner of the eyelid. • Draw a dotted line from the inner corner of the eye to the center of the eyelid, then trace over to create a solid line. Artistry pro tips: You can twist your classic cat eye by simply tracing another colored line to give it an unexpected touch of color.
